On 20 February, 2008 Mass. ESGR Program Support Specialist David
St.Germain was busy again securing another Statement of
Support. Optimum Performance Strength and Condition Facility is a
brand new business founded by Matt Chandler. Optimum Performance Strength and
Condition Facility is the culmination of one of his life
long dreams. Obviously, this Former Marine is a strong supporter of the
military and will offer his expertise and services to
all members of the National Guard and Reserve.
