On Friday March 9, 2007 in Wakefield, MA, the Massachusetts Committee for ESGR presented a Seven-Seals Award to Mr. Richard Moody, founder and director of "Operation Troop Support" (OTS).  OTS is a volunteer organization which provides gifts and recreational items to troops in Iraq, Afghanistan and surround areas.

  In the past few years since its inception, Mr. Moody and his organization had mailed over 950 packages containing over 16,000 gifts to much appreciated troops in the Middle East theater.

  On hand for the event were many members of his volunteer staff, as well as members of his employer Metcalf & Eddy, Inc.  Also in attendance were representatives from three veterans organizations and two members of the Army National Guard. Presenting the award was David St. Germain of ESGR.
