ESGR Area Chairman for Southeastern Massachusetts, Tom Boyle,  was on hand on Monday, February 12 at the Harwich Town Hall when the Board of Selectmen signed the Statement for Support certificate for the Town of Harwich.

  Signing the document was Board Chair Robin Wilkins, and Selectmen Peter Piekarski, David Marsland, Lawrence Cole and Edward McManus.  The signing was broadcast on the town cable outlet and there were approximately 20 residents in attendance.
