On October 19, 2006, the Massachusetts Committee for ESGR
presented a Seven-Seals Award to MSgt Tim Sandland, 102d Communications Flight,
Otis Air National Guard Base, for his outstanding support of the ESGR mission.
In attendance were many fellow Guardsmen and friends of
Sgt Sandland.
The event, hosted by 102d Mission Support Group
Commander, Col. Mark Ellis, and planned by Lt. Col John Aylward, Communications
Flight Commander, was held at the 102d Fighter Wing Conference Room at Otis Air
National Guard Base.
Vice Chairman David St. Germain presented the award
from the Massachusetts ESGR Committee.
