The ESGR Patriot Award was presented in a ceremony at Barry Controls in Hopkinton, MA on July 13, 2006.  MA ESGR State Chair Ken Forchielli presented the award to Georges Laurent who was nominated by MSG (Ret) Winston Perry.

  Surrounded by a large group of employees, MSG (Ret) Perry thanked Mr. Laurent for his support during two lengthy mobilizations.  Mr. Laurent noted that the support was not only from him but the entire organization.

  This organizational support became even more evident when Vice President of Human Relations Joanne Moffot signed a 4 star Statement of Support.  Clearly, Barry Controls’ HR policies pertaining to Guard and Reserve employees exceed the standard of “above and beyond.”
